If these website Terms & Conditions conflict with a signed or otherwise authorized project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information and conditions known at the time they are prepared and are valid for the period stated in the applicable quote or proposal.

Changes in scope, site conditions, material requirements, scheduling, access, or other project circumstances may require revised pricing, scheduling, or a change order.

Payments

Payment requirements will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, purchase order, contract, or other project agreement.

Where electronic payment options are provided, payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. SABWIG does not directly store complete payment card information submitted through those processors.

Project Scheduling and Performance

Project schedules may depend on site access, material availability, subcontractor or trade availability, client approvals, weather, safety conditions, facility operations, and other circumstances that may affect performance.

SABWIG will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes and coordinate project execution with the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and reasonable access to the project location, identifying known site restrictions or hazards, providing required approvals or decisions in a timely manner, and fulfilling other responsibilities identified in the applicable project agreement.

Delays or additional costs resulting from circumstances outside the agreed scope may require adjustments to the project schedule or price.

Changes to Scope

Work requested outside the approved scope may require a written change order, revised quote, or other authorization before additional work is performed.

Additional work may result in changes to project cost and schedule.

Cancellations and Refunds

Project cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds are governed by SABWIG's Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable project-specific agreement.

Where the terms of a project agreement differ from the general website policy, the project agreement will control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to SABWIG Enterprise, Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.
