Effective Date: September 2026
SABWIG Enterprise, Inc. (“SABWIG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides project-based facility improvement, construction support, project coordination, and related contracting services. Because our services are customized to each project, refunds and cancellations are handled based on the status of the work, costs incurred, and the applicable project agreement.
Clients should submit cancellation requests as soon as possible by contacting SABWIG directly.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the project and will be governed by the applicable quote, proposal, purchase order, contract, or other written agreement.
If a project-specific agreement contains cancellation terms that differ from this general policy, the project-specific agreement will control.
When a deposit or advance payment is required, the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, or project agreement will identify the payment requirements.
Once SABWIG has incurred costs related to a project—including materials, equipment, permits, subcontractor commitments, mobilization, administrative preparation, or work already performed—those amounts may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.
Non-refundable deposits or payments will be clearly identified in the applicable project documentation.
Materials, equipment, or products purchased or specially ordered for a project may be non-refundable if the supplier does not permit their return or if SABWIG has already incurred the cost.
Restocking, cancellation, shipping, or other supplier charges associated with returned materials may also be deducted from any refund.
Clients are responsible for payment for authorized work performed before the effective date of cancellation, including approved labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and other project-related expenses already incurred.
Requests to reschedule work should be made as early as possible.
SABWIG will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes. However, rescheduling may be subject to material availability, subcontractor or trade availability, facility access, previously scheduled commitments, and other project conditions.
Additional costs resulting from client-requested rescheduling may be charged when applicable and will be communicated to the client.
Refund requests should be submitted to SABWIG in writing and include sufficient information to identify the applicable project or payment.
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method when reasonably available. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Approved change orders, additional work, and client-authorized scope changes are considered part of the project and are subject to the payment and cancellation terms of the applicable project agreement.
This policy provides SABWIG’s general refund and cancellation practices.
Individual quotes, proposals, purchase orders, contracts, or other written agreements may establish different or additional requirements based on the nature of the project. When there is a conflict, the applicable project-specific agreement will control.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read together with SABWIG’s Terms & Conditions.
